Al-Fanar wurde mit dem gesamten Leistungsumfang aus Engineering, Beschaffung und Bau (EPC) f\u00fcr das Entertainment-Ziel an der North Corniche von Jazan betraut, wobei Saudi Entertainment Ventures (SEVEN) 1,3&nbsp;Milliarden&nbsp;Riyal investiert.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Der Komplex umfasst 73.000 m\u00b2 bebaute Fl\u00e4che in elf Geb\u00e4uden an der Uferpromenade von Jazan. Das Projekt stellt zudem hohe Anforderungen an die ESG-Ziele, mit aktiven Ma\u00dfnahmen in den Bereichen CO2-Bilanzierung, Ressourceneffizienz, Wohlergehen der Besch\u00e4ftigten und zertifizierte Systeme.
