vierten Quartal 2023 gab es in Nordamerika <a href=\"https:\/\/www.salesleadsinc.com\/blog\/2024\/february\/pharmaceutical-construction-news-and-planned-industrial-project-reports-q4-2023-recap\/\">61 neu geplante Bauprojekte in der Pharmabranche<\/a>, darunter 14 Neubauten, 18 Erweiterungen und 29 Renovierungen\/Anlagenmodernisierungen.<\/p><p>Das gr\u00f6\u00dfte war eine 229 Millionen US-Dollar teure Erweiterung von National Resilience, Inc. in Ohio. <\/p><p>Im November 2023 k\u00fcndigte Eli Lilly Pl\u00e4ne an, in Alzey, Deutschland <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pharmaceuticalprocessingworld.com\/pharma-manufacturing-sees-wave-of-investments-in-europe\/\">eine neue Produktionsst\u00e4tte im Wert von 2,5 Milliarden US-Dollar<\/a> zu errichten, um injizierbare Arzneimittel und Medizinprodukte herzustellen.<\/p><p>Dar\u00fcber hinaus k\u00fcndigte Boehringer Ingelheim im Januar 2024 eine Investition von 120 Millionen Euro an, um <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pharmaceuticalprocessingworld.com\/pharma-manufacturing-sees-wave-of-investments-in-europe\/\">sein Produktionswerk in Koropi, Griechenland zu erweitern und zu modernisieren<\/a>.<\/p><p>Beim Bau von Pharmaanlagen sind die Einhaltung von Vorschriften, die Optimierung der Effizienz und die Aufrechterhaltung strenger Sicherheitsma\u00dfnahmen mehr als nur wichtig.<\/p><p>Sie sind ein Muss.<\/p><p>Und vergessen wir dabei nicht den Faktor Zeit.<\/p><p>Jeder Meilenstein muss erreicht werden, bevor die Uhr auf null herunterl\u00e4uft.<\/p><p>Auf der Qualit\u00e4tsseite kann bereits ein einziger Fehler eine Kette von Verz\u00f6gerungen, Budget\u00fcberschreitungen und sogar beh\u00f6rdlichen Sanktionen ausl\u00f6sen.<\/p><p>Anders als bei \u00fcblichen Bauprojekten erfordert der Bau von Pharmaanlagen die Erf\u00fcllung strenger regulatorischer Vorgaben und das Management der Integration einer Reihe komplexer Systeme, w\u00e4hrend zugleich sichergestellt werden muss, dass jeder Aspekt des Entwurfs mit gr\u00f6\u00dfter Sorgfalt umgesetzt wird.<\/p><p>Klingt entmutigend. Und das kann es auch sein.<\/p><p>Herk\u00f6mmliche Baumethoden greifen oft zu kurz, wenn es darum geht, solch anspruchsvolle Herausforderungen zu meistern.<\/p><p>Das kann zu Abweichungen zwischen Pl\u00e4nen und der Arbeit vor Ort, verpassten Fristen und sogar zum Verlust der Compliance f\u00fchren.<\/p><p>Doch nun kommt Augmented Reality (AR) zum Einsatz, um diese L\u00fccken zu schlie\u00dfen.<\/p><p>Diese Technologie bietet Bauteams eine M\u00f6glichkeit, ihre Projekte zu visualisieren und die digitale Welt des BIM (Building Information Modeling) direkt auf die Baustelle zu
