Kommunikation ist daher der Schl\u00fcssel zu einem effizienten Bauprojekt. Dank einer Baumanagement-App drohen dem Projekt weniger Kommunikationsl\u00fccken <ins>u<\/ins>nd damit weniger Verz\u00f6gerungs<ins>&#8211;<\/ins> und Fehlerrisiken. In der Baubranche gibt es Probleme damit, aktualisierte Informationen zu den Geb\u00e4uden wieder in die Pl\u00e4ne zur\u00fcckzuf\u00fchren. Tats\u00e4chlich kann die Kommunikation \u00fcber mehrere 2D-Pl\u00e4ne sehr riskant sein. W\u00e4hrend der Bauausf\u00fchrung k\u00f6nnen \u00c4nderungen auftreten, die enorme Folgen haben. Zum Beispiel kommt ein Sanit\u00e4runternehmer auf die Baustelle und verlegt Wasser<ins>l<\/ins>eitungen. Der Plan zeigt eine Wasserleitung in einer bestimmten Richtung, aber da er nicht klar erkennen kann, warum, verlegt er sie gerade. Das zwingt die n\u00e4chste Person, die danach kommt, s\u00e4mtliche Pl\u00e4ne zu \u00e4ndern. Zeitverschwendung.<\/p><p>In 2D l\u00e4sst sich nicht alles so darstellen wie in 3D. 3D-Pl\u00e4ne sind leichter verst\u00e4ndlich, w\u00e4hrend 2D-Pl\u00e4ne nicht intuitiv sind, was dazu f\u00fchrt, dass Pl\u00e4ne falsch gelesen werden oder \u00fcbersehen wird, was zuerst zu tun ist. Die Informationen zu den T\u00fcren werden mit Pl\u00e4nen, aber auch mit T\u00fcrlisten mit vielen verschiedenen Parametern an die Baustelle geliefert. Die verantwortliche Person muss nicht nur die Pl\u00e4ne, sondern auch die Tabellen pr\u00fcfen, was kompliziert sein und zu Lesefehlern f\u00fchren kann. <a href=\"https:\/\/forums.autodesk.com\/t5\/revit-bim-360-deutsch\/turlisten-mit-revit-erfahrungsaustausch\/td-p\/6906100?lightbox-message-images-6906100=327155i5EA411FC3A7B4AD0\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Hier<\/a> ist ein Beispiel daf\u00fcr, wie eine solche Tabelle aussieht.<\/p><p>Mit einer BIM- + AR-Bau-App minimieren Sie das Risiko, Elemente falsch zu lesen oder zu vergessen.
