barrio de oficinas y comercios.<\/h2>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f7d6ab4 e-con e-atomic-element e-div-block-base e-f7d6ab4-3938af8 \" data-id=\"f7d6ab4\" data-element_type=\"e-div-block\" data-e-type=\"e-div-block\" data-interaction-id=\"f7d6ab4\" data-e-type=\"e-div-block\" data-id=\"f7d6ab4\">\n    \t\t\t<p class=\"Body e-paragraph-base\" data-interaction-id=\"de71e0e\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-id=\"de71e0e\">Ettelbruck ONE se est\u00e1 construyendo en unos terrenos que antes ocupaba la f\u00e1brica de tabaco Heintz van Landewyck. Fundada en Luxemburgo en 1847, la empresa es uno de los negocios familiares m\u00e1s antiguos del pa\u00eds. Tras su cierre en 2019, la planta fue desmantelada y, desde 2022, Landimmo Real Estate, la inmobiliaria del Grupo Landewyck, construye en este solar de una hect\u00e1rea: 19.000 metros cuadrados de superficie bruta en dos edificios de cuatro y siete plantas, con comercios en la planta baja y dos niveles subterr\u00e1neos para instalaciones t\u00e9cnicas y aparcamiento. Est\u00e1 previsto que el edificio se termine a finales de 2026. Describe un edificio con much\u00edsimas instalaciones t\u00e9cnicas que controlar: \u00abTenemos un gran proyecto en Ettelbruck con mucha MEP repartida en varias plantas, incluidos los s\u00f3tanos\u00bb.<br><br>En un proyecto de ese tama\u00f1o, el modelo est\u00e1 coordinado; la pregunta es si el edificio lo respeta. Como dice Primm, \u00abel reto es verificar con claridad si lo que se est\u00e1 instalando en obra sigue coincidiendo con lo que se planific\u00f3 originalmente\u00bb. Esa es la comprobaci\u00f3n que el equipo quer\u00eda poder hacer all\u00ed donde se trabaja: GAMMA AR fue \u00abuna herramienta muy buena para evaluarlo directamente en obra\u00bb.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 data-interaction-id=\"5b2b086\" class=\"H2-35 e-heading-base\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-id=\"5b2b086\">Ver en obra lo que se planific\u00f3 en 3D<\/h2>\n\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"Body e-b14a605-2290e20 e-paragraph-base\" data-interaction-id=\"b14a605\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-id=\"b14a605\">Jil Arend dirige el proyecto para Landimmo. La herramienta lleg\u00f3 a trav\u00e9s del BIM manager: \u00abCuando nuestro BIM manager, Drees &amp; Sommer, nos present\u00f3 GAMMA AR, enseguida tuve claro que ser\u00eda un gran complemento para nuestro equipo\u00bb.<br><br>Lo que le atrajo fue cerrar el c\u00edrculo entre el modelo y el edificio. Se trata de \u00abver simplemente si lo que planificamos en 3D, y lo que vemos en los planos, es realmente lo que encontramos aqu\u00ed en la obra\u00bb.<br><br>Esa comprobaci\u00f3n no es solo para la propiedad. Es \u00abuna gran herramienta para nosotros, simplemente para dar a nuestros proyectistas y tambi\u00e9n a nuestros contratistas la oportunidad de ver si todo en la obra va como debe y se est\u00e1 construyendo seg\u00fan lo planificado\u00bb. Proyectistas, contratistas y propiedad ven la misma superposici\u00f3n en la misma sala.<br><br>Proyectar la superficie planificada en una sala a medio terminar muestra de inmediato si lo que hay coincide con el modelo o si, como dice Primm, \u00abah\u00ed detr\u00e1s todav\u00eda falta alguna tuber\u00eda\u00bb.
