data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Un proyecto de construcci\u00f3n incluye a m\u00faltiples partes interesadas que operan desde ubicaciones diferentes. Por lo tanto, la comunicaci\u00f3n es la clave para un proyecto de construcci\u00f3n eficiente. Gracias a una aplicaci\u00f3n de gesti\u00f3n de la construcci\u00f3n, el proyecto corre menos riesgo de falta de comunicaci\u00f3n <ins>y<\/ins> por lo tanto, menos riesgos de retraso<ins>s<\/ins> y errores. El sector de la construcci\u00f3n se enfrenta a problemas para devolver a los planos la informaci\u00f3n actualizada de los edificios. De hecho, comunicarse utilizando varios planos en 2D puede ser muy arriesgado. Durante la construcci\u00f3n pueden producirse cambios con enormes consecuencias. Por ejemplo, un fontanero llega a la obra e instala las tuber\u00eda<ins>s<\/ins> de agua. El plano muestra una tuber\u00eda de agua en una direcci\u00f3n concreta, pero como no ve con claridad el motivo, la instalar\u00e1 recta. Lo que obliga a la siguiente persona que llega despu\u00e9s a cambiar todos sus planos. Una p\u00e9rdida de tiempo.<\/p><p>En 2D no se puede representar todo como en 3D. Los planos en 3D son m\u00e1s f\u00e1ciles de entender, mientras que los planos en 2D no son intuitivos, lo que lleva a leer mal los planos o a pasar por alto qu\u00e9 hacer primero. La informaci\u00f3n sobre las puertas se entrega en la obra con planos, pero tambi\u00e9n con tablas de puertas que contienen muchos par\u00e1metros diferentes. La persona responsable no solo tiene que comprobar los planos, sino tambi\u00e9n las hojas de c\u00e1lculo, lo que puede resultar complicado y dar lugar a errores de lectura. <a href=\"https:\/\/forums.autodesk.com\/t5\/revit-bim-360-deutsch\/turlisten-mit-revit-erfahrungsaustausch\/td-p\/6906100?lightbox-message-images-6906100=327155i5EA411FC3A7B4AD0\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Aqu\u00ed<\/a> tiene un ejemplo de c\u00f3mo es una hoja de c\u00e1lculo.<\/p><p>Al utilizar una aplicaci\u00f3n de construcci\u00f3n BIM + AR, minimiza el riesgo de leer mal u olvidar elementos.
