Statoil es un productor de energ\u00eda noruego, la 57<sup>.\u00aa<\/sup> empresa m\u00e1s grande del mundo por ingresos. 2500 de los 30 000 empleados trabajan ahora en este singular edificio de oficinas.<\/p><p>El edificio es el resultado de un concurso de dise\u00f1o, ganado por <strong>A-lab <\/strong>en <strong>febrero de 2009<\/strong>. Pas\u00f3 por una fase de proyecto detallada y un periodo de construcci\u00f3n de 20 meses antes de su finalizaci\u00f3n en <strong>octubre de 2012<\/strong>.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-55cb321 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"55cb321\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">El dise\u00f1o y la construcci\u00f3n<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-725209f elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"725209f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>La estructura del edificio pretende reflejar el papel de Statoil. Est\u00e1 inspirada en el cl\u00e1sico y famoso juego <strong>Mikado<\/strong>. No solo es una empresa petrolera innovadora y pionera a escala internacional, sino que tambi\u00e9n aporta una nueva identidad y un nuevo impulso al entorno local.<\/p><p>El edificio, que se alza sobre el solar del antiguo aparcamiento de varias plantas del aeropuerto, ofrece una vista espectacular del fiordo de Oslo, lo que lo convierte en un icono.<\/p><p>Para poder construir y completar el dise\u00f1o, recurrieron a una \u00fanica soluci\u00f3n: <strong>Building Information Modeling<\/strong> (BIM). Dado que la estructura adopta la forma de 5 elementos de edificio alargados, apilados unos junto a otros y unos encima de otros, fue gracias a una planificaci\u00f3n minuciosa, un modelado BIM avanzado y un fruct\u00edfero di\u00e1logo orientado a soluciones que el equipo de arquitectos, el cliente y propietario, las empresas constructoras y todos los subcontratistas pudieron completar el edificio <strong>Statoil<\/strong>.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9ed1912 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"9ed1912\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Reconocimiento &amp; premios<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a1fbffa elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"a1fbffa\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Desde la finalizaci\u00f3n del edificio, el proyecto ha recibido mucho reconocimiento. Las obras de construcci\u00f3n comenzaron en <strong>noviembre de 2008<\/strong> y alcanzaron su altura m\u00e1xima en <strong>agosto de 2013<\/strong>. El edificio se consider\u00f3 terminado en <strong>septiembre de 2014<\/strong> y se abri\u00f3 al p\u00fablico en <strong>febrero de 2015<\/strong>.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4347c5b elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"4347c5b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Los actores del proyecto<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-799b5409 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"799b5409\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>El Shanghai Tower fue dise\u00f1ado por el estudio de arquitectura estadounidense <strong>Gensler<\/strong>, con el arquitecto shanghain\u00e9s <strong>Jun Xia<\/strong> al frente del equipo de dise\u00f1o. Los ingenieros del proyecto son <strong>Thornton Tomasetti<\/strong>, <strong>Consentini Associates<\/strong> e <strong>I.DEA Ecological Solutions<\/strong>.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-94eff7e elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"94eff7e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">El dise\u00f1o y la construcci\u00f3n<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4848a04 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"4848a04\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>La torre incorpora numerosos elementos arquitect\u00f3nicos ecol\u00f3gicos. Los propietarios incluso recibieron certificaciones del <strong>China Green Building Committee<\/strong> y del <strong>U.S. Green Building Council<\/strong> por el dise\u00f1o sostenible del edificio. El equipo de dise\u00f1o tambi\u00e9n tuvo que tener en cuenta algo importante: Shangh\u00e1i sufre habitualmente vientos con fuerza de tif\u00f3n. Para conseguir un edificio resistente capaz de soportarlos, se plantearon 3 estrategias clave:<\/p><ul><li>la forma asim\u00e9trica de la torre (completa un giro de 120\u00b0 a medida que asciende)<\/li><li>su perfil que se estrecha<\/li><li>sus esquinas redondeadas<\/li><\/ul><p> <\/p><p>Estos 3 elementos dan lugar a un edificio robusto capaz de soportar vientos con fuerza de tif\u00f3n. El dise\u00f1o de la fachada de vidrio de la torre ayuda a reducir las cargas de viento sobre el edificio en un 24%.<\/p><p>El <strong>Shanghai Tower<\/strong> present\u00f3 un dise\u00f1o complejo y numerosos retos de gesti\u00f3n de la construcci\u00f3n. Para alcanzar estos objetivos, una soluci\u00f3n resultaba evidente: la implementaci\u00f3n del proceso <strong>BIM<\/strong>. El propietario lo exigi\u00f3, por lo que se utilizaron soluciones <strong>Autodesk BIM<\/strong> para el dise\u00f1o y la construcci\u00f3n de la torre. El equipo del proyecto se apoy\u00f3 en una combinaci\u00f3n de <strong>Autodesk\u00ae Revit\u00ae<\/strong> <strong>Architecture<\/strong>, <strong>Autodesk\u00ae Revit\u00ae Structure<\/strong> y <strong>Autodesk\u00ae Revit\u00ae MEP<\/strong> para el dise\u00f1o y la documentaci\u00f3n de la torre.<\/p><p>El equipo tambi\u00e9n utiliz\u00f3 <strong>Autodesk\u00ae Navisworks\u00ae Manage<\/strong> para la coordinaci\u00f3n y la colaboraci\u00f3n, <strong>Autodesk\u00ae Ecotect\u00ae Analysis<\/strong> para el an\u00e1lisis del dise\u00f1o sostenible y el cl\u00e1sico <strong>AutoCAD\u00ae<\/strong> para la producci\u00f3n de planos.<\/p><p><strong>Autodesk Consulting en el proceso de trabajo<\/strong><\/p><p>En los primeros d\u00edas del proyecto, el propietario contrat\u00f3 a <strong>Autodesk Consulting<\/strong> para ayudar a crear una <strong>estrategia BIM<\/strong> y el despliegue de un plan para el proyecto, incluida la implementaci\u00f3n de servicios de consultor\u00eda y formaci\u00f3n en las aplicaciones.<\/p><p>Tambi\u00e9n ayudaron al propietario a implementar un entorno de aplicaci\u00f3n BIM in situ para un equipo de proyecto local de m\u00e1s de 50 miembros.<\/p><p>Implementar <strong>BIM<\/strong> en el proyecto ayud\u00f3 de muchas maneras: integrando el dise\u00f1o, mejorando la comunicaci\u00f3n, potenciando la colaboraci\u00f3n, ahorrando materiales de construcci\u00f3n y, sobre todo: mejorando la eficiencia de la construcci\u00f3n. La smart city est\u00e1 situada en Bangkok, Tailandia, y, como vamos a ver, es un proyecto realmente interesante. <strong>Whizdom 101<\/strong> no parti\u00f3 de cero. La misi\u00f3n del proyecto era transformar una parcela urbana de 17 acres en un modelo de smart city con un desarrollo de uso mixto, digital y totalmente integrado, con espacio comercial y torres residenciales.<\/p><p>El proyecto no solo convierte el espacio en una smart city, sino que tambi\u00e9n incorpora aplicaciones innovadoras en materia de sostenibilidad. Desde su inicio, el proyecto se dise\u00f1\u00f3 con objetivos de sostenibilidad, que eran: reducir el consumo de energ\u00eda en un 30%, el consumo de agua en un 40% y las emisiones de CO2 en 15 000 toneladas al a\u00f1o.<\/p><p>Para lograrlo, <strong>MQDC<\/strong> se apoy\u00f3 en el uso de software <strong>BIM <\/strong>desarrollado por <strong>Autodesk<\/strong>. El equipo se fue introduciendo gradualmente en la <strong>tecnolog\u00eda BIM<\/strong>. Primero, empezando por los arquitectos e ingenieros estructurales que utilizaban <strong>Revit<\/strong> para desarrollar y coordinar los dise\u00f1os. Con el \u00e9xito de esta fase, se ampli\u00f3 al trabajo con el contratista y el proveedor durante la preconstrucci\u00f3n, lo que ayud\u00f3 a reducir las \u00f3rdenes de cambio y los costes de materiales. Aunque las distintas partes interesadas tem\u00edan que adoptar este proceso <strong>BIM<\/strong> a\u00f1adiera m\u00e1s tiempo y costes al proyecto, \u00a1podemos decir que fue una gran victoria!<\/p><p>Cada paso del proceso de construcci\u00f3n a partir de entonces se fotografi\u00f3 y se incorpor\u00f3 a un modelo <strong>BIM 360 <\/strong>que da como resultado, al final, disponer de un modelo 3D para el mantenimiento de la obra en lugar de un plano 2D.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2d48da8 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"2d48da8\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Reconocimiento &amp; premios<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-63f0e4d7 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"63f0e4d7\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>Whizdom 101<\/strong> ha obtenido reconocimiento internacional por utilizar herramientas de dise\u00f1o de alta tecnolog\u00eda (<strong>BIM<\/strong>) para reducir el consumo de energ\u00eda. Este castillo es \u00fanico en comparaci\u00f3n con los dem\u00e1s, ya que representa a todas las princesas Disney y no solo a una. El castillo tambi\u00e9n conserva su singularidad porque se construy\u00f3 gracias a <strong>BIM<\/strong>. El <strong>Enchanted Storybook Castle<\/strong> es adem\u00e1s el castillo m\u00e1s alto de todos los parques tem\u00e1ticos Disney relacionados. La fecha de apertura del castillo fue el <strong>16 de junio de 2016<\/strong>,<strong> <\/strong>construido por <strong>Walt Disney Imagineering<\/strong>.<\/p><p>La complejidad del proyecto exigi\u00f3 la implementaci\u00f3n de <strong>BIM<\/strong> a lo largo de todo el proceso de construcci\u00f3n, que se divide en un total de tres fases. Por ello, <strong>Shanghai Disney<\/strong> exigi\u00f3 que todas las \u00e1reas adoptaran la <strong>tecnolog\u00eda BIM<\/strong> y crearan un <strong>modelo BIM<\/strong> para cada edificio. En total, 142 arquitectos, ingenieros y subcontratistas trabajaron en este proyecto, que se dise\u00f1\u00f3 por completo con<strong> Revit<\/strong>. Centr\u00e9monos en los beneficios de la implementaci\u00f3n de <strong>BIM<\/strong> en este proyecto.<\/p><p>La implementaci\u00f3n de <strong>BIM<\/strong> en todas las estructuras del proyecto ayud\u00f3 a construir el estadio en tan solo <strong>18 meses<\/strong>, tal como estaba previsto. De hecho, como especificamos en nuestro art\u00edculo anterior, el estadio ten\u00eda que acoger los <strong>Juegos Europeos de 2015<\/strong>, por lo que las obras de construcci\u00f3n deb\u00edan terminar por esos motivos.<\/p><p><strong>BIM<\/strong> es un ejemplo perfecto de colaboraci\u00f3n, especialmente en este proyecto en el que todas las partes interesadas estaban repartidas por todo el mundo: el arquitecto en Corea del Sur, el proyectista de estructuras en Nueva York y la obra en Azerbaiy\u00e1n. Y, por \u00faltimo, el modelado 3D de detalle y la <strong>coordinaci\u00f3n BIM<\/strong> se realizaron en Turqu\u00eda y Grecia. La comunicaci\u00f3n era importante y necesaria, y <strong>BIM<\/strong> cumpli\u00f3 esta tarea.<\/p><p>El ingeniero de estructuras, <strong>Thornton Tomasetti<\/strong>, trabaj\u00f3 con <strong>Tekla Structures<\/strong>, en el que, junto con <strong>Tefken Engineering<\/strong>, crearon los modelos de informaci\u00f3n detallados.
