\u00e9volution permanente. Ils grandissent comme des organismes vivants et se transforment sans cesse au gr\u00e9 des variations du trafic passagers. <br><br>Le syst\u00e8me de tri bagages (Baggage Handling System, BHS) est la colonne vert\u00e9brale d\u2019un a\u00e9roport : sa capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 fonctionner sans entrave ni interruption a un impact direct sur l\u2019exp\u00e9rience des passagers et sur la fluidit\u00e9 des op\u00e9rations a\u00e9roportuaires. C\u2019est pourquoi toute modification ou extension des syst\u00e8mes existants s\u2019av\u00e8re extr\u00eamement d\u00e9licate, compte tenu des cr\u00e9neaux d\u2019intervention tr\u00e8s limit\u00e9s. Vanderlande con\u00e7oit et construit ces convoyeurs dans des a\u00e9roports du monde entier. Pour am\u00e9liorer leur conception et leur r\u00e9alisation, Daniel Guevara et l\u2019\u00e9quipe Vanderlande se sont pench\u00e9s sur GAMMA AR. L\u2019entretien ci-dessous pr\u00e9sente l\u2019approche de Daniel.<\/p>\n\t\t\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t<h2 data-interaction-id=\"c1766c7\" class=\"H2-35 e-heading-base\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-id=\"c1766c7\">Mettre en place un programme BIM pour de grands projets en site existant<\/h2>\n\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"Body e-paragraph-base\" data-interaction-id=\"f56bc4a\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-id=\"f56bc4a\">Daniel Guevara s\u2019est vu confier la mission de \u00ab mettre en place un programme BIM\u2026 pour un projet de grande envergure en site existant \u00bb, en pilotant la d\u00e9marche BIM en tant qu\u2019entreprise principale. Aucune m\u00e9thode n\u2019avait \u00e9t\u00e9 transmise. Comme il le dit : \u00ab c\u2019est en partant de z\u00e9ro que nous allons aborder le sujet. \u00bb L\u2019\u00e9quipe a commenc\u00e9 par les proc\u00e9dures habituelles : parcourir le chantier, rep\u00e9rer l\u2019obstacle, le saisir dans un tableur. Mais comme Daniel l\u2019a constat\u00e9, \u00ab aller chercher les choses sur place et tout saisir \u00e0 la main dans Excel \u00bb n\u2019\u00e9tait \u00ab pas faisable pour un projet de cette taille, surtout avec plusieurs sous-traitants \u00e0 g\u00e9rer et de nombreux \u00e9l\u00e9ments \u00e0 suivre \u00bb. Daniel s\u2019est donn\u00e9 pour mission de \u00ab d\u00e9velopper un langage commun garantissant l\u2019alignement entre les intervenants techniques, le PMO et le personnel de chantier \u00bb. La d\u00e9tection de clashes dans Navisworks, associ\u00e9e \u00e0 leur r\u00e9solution dans Autodesk Forma (anciennement Autodesk Construction Cloud), a apport\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9quipe la structure et la cadence n\u00e9cessaires pour collaborer plus efficacement.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 data-interaction-id=\"0e328f0\" class=\"H2-35 e-heading-base\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-id=\"0e328f0\">Quand la coordination 3D rencontre la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 du chantier<\/h2>\n\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"Body e-a11a634-dc50bd8 e-paragraph-base\" data-interaction-id=\"a11a634\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-id=\"a11a634\">Coordonner dans un environnement 3D et coordonner dans un a\u00e9roport en exploitation, ce n\u2019est pas le m\u00eame exercice. Navisworks est la bonne solution pour r\u00e9soudre la g\u00e9om\u00e9trie en r\u00e9union, mais c\u2019est un outil exigeant quand on doit y naviguer debout sous un convoyeur, une tablette \u00e0 la main. Les ing\u00e9nieurs savent \u00ab prendre les plans, prendre les maquettes 3D, aller sur le chantier et se projeter : voir o\u00f9 cela va passer, ce qui g\u00eane et comment le r\u00e9soudre. En revanche, pour le personnel de chantier et les autres, ce n\u2019est pas forc\u00e9ment aussi simple. \u00bb Cela peut entra\u00eener \u00ab beaucoup d\u2019allers-retours \u00bb et des reprises potentielles pour pallier les lacunes de communication.<br><br>Les ressources gaspill\u00e9es et les retards potentiels li\u00e9s \u00e0 ces \u00ab allers-retours \u00bb repr\u00e9sentent le vrai co\u00fbt pour le projet. Une conception r\u00e9alis\u00e9e loin du chantier, sans tenir compte des conditions r\u00e9elles, s\u2019est r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9e insuffisamment pr\u00e9cise en site existant. Une coordination efficace dans la maquette 3D doit toujours refl\u00e9ter l\u2019existant r\u00e9el afin de garantir des r\u00e9servations suffisantes pour tous les corps d\u2019\u00e9tat concern\u00e9s sur l\u2019ensemble du projet.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 data-interaction-id=\"0d6fcf8\" class=\"g-a333c7b H2-35 e-heading-base\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-id=\"0d6fcf8\">Les scans ne d\u00e9tectent pas tous les obstacles<\/h2>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-8415112 e-con e-atomic-element e-div-block-base e-8415112-a3741e9 \" data-id=\"8415112\" data-element_type=\"e-div-block\" data-e-type=\"e-div-block\" data-interaction-id=\"8415112\" data-e-type=\"e-div-block\" data-id=\"8415112\">\n    \t\t\t<p class=\"Body e-aeef864-bd490cd e-paragraph-base\" data-interaction-id=\"aeef864\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-id=\"aeef864\">Navisworks est rest\u00e9 la colonne vert\u00e9brale : \u00ab la technologie principale, c\u2019\u00e9tait Navisworks, parce que c\u2019est notre base et notre point de d\u00e9part. \u00bb Le suivi des probl\u00e8mes s\u2019y fait directement, et un scan du b\u00e2timent permet \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9quipe de \u00ab pointer les objets scann\u00e9s et les \u00e9quipements que l\u2019on pr\u00e9voit d\u2019installer \u00bb.<br><br>Mais les scans ne d\u00e9tectent pas tous les obstacles. Ils \u00ab captent l\u2019essentiel \u00bb : gaines, charpente m\u00e9tallique principale, conduits de quatre pouces, tandis que \u00ab les petites d\u00e9rivations, les tiges filet\u00e9es, les conduits d\u2019un pouce \u00bb n\u2019y figurent jamais et ne sont donc pas pris en compte lors de la coordination 3D. Pourtant, petit ne veut pas dire sans cons\u00e9quence : \u00ab que ce soit un conduit de quatre pouces ou d\u2019un pouce, s\u2019il g\u00eane, il g\u00eane. \u00bb<br><br>C\u2019est l\u00e0 que la RA aide \u00e0 assurer la coordination directement sur site. Comparer le scan \u00e0 la maquette indique \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9quipe o\u00f9 se situent \u00e0 peu pr\u00e8s les probl\u00e8mes ; parcourir l\u2019espace avec la maquette superpos\u00e9e lui montre ce qui s\u2019y trouve r\u00e9ellement. \u00ab Navisworks vous oriente vers votre point de d\u00e9part, puis GAMMA vous aide \u00e0 boucler ces [derniers] 5 \u00e0 10 % de coordination pr\u00e9cise. \u00bb<\/p>\n\t\t\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t<h2 data-interaction-id=\"b9a3b7f\" class=\"g-a333c7b H2-35 e-heading-base\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-id=\"b9a3b7f\">Des d\u00e9cisions d\u2019ing\u00e9nierie \u00e9clair\u00e9es<\/h2>\n\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"Body e-paragraph-base\" data-interaction-id=\"f48d2ce\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-id=\"f48d2ce\">En site existant, le trac\u00e9 d\u2019un convoyeur m\u00fbrit par \u00e9tapes. \u00ab Cela commence par\u2026 une premi\u00e8re id\u00e9e, un croquis, un plan 2D. Ensuite on le mod\u00e9lise en 3D, on l\u2019int\u00e8gre dans Navisworks et on se dit : d\u2019accord, je pense que ce trac\u00e9 va fonctionner. \u00bb<br><br>La visite sur site \u00e9tait autrefois le moment de v\u00e9rit\u00e9. Avec la RA, elle devient une \u00e9tape de conception : \u00ab ensuite on l\u2019emm\u00e8ne sur le chantier, on superpose sa maquette d\u2019\u00e9tude et on peut vraiment commencer \u00e0 saisir chaque petit [d\u00e9tail] : je vois que ces \u00e9l\u00e9ments g\u00eanent, il faudra peut-\u00eatre coordonner X, Y, Z. \u00bb Avec GAMMA AR, Daniel \u00ab a pu l\u2019utiliser pour notre conception structurelle afin d\u2019affiner certains \u00e9l\u00e9ments \u00bb, et il ajoute : \u00ab je sais que ce serait tr\u00e8s utile, pas seulement pour la coordination externe, mais aussi pour la coordination interne. \u00bb<br><br>Sur la plupart des projets, une \u00ab poign\u00e9e d\u2019ing\u00e9nieurs \u00bb se trouve sur le chantier et \u00ab transmet les informations de l\u2019\u00e9quipe d\u2019ing\u00e9nierie terrain \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9quipe d\u2019ing\u00e9nierie d\u2019implantation \u00bb. La RA documente les informations n\u00e9cessaires aux modifications de conception, en r\u00e9f\u00e9rence \u00e0 la maquette r\u00e9elle et \u00e0 sa position dans l\u2019espace. Un ing\u00e9nieur de chantier peut ainsi montrer \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9quipe d\u2019implantation \u00ab les maquettes 3D compar\u00e9es au terrain \u00bb : des images comparatives qui \u00e9tayent une modification de conception, plut\u00f4t que de demander \u00e0 se fier \u00e0 un appel t\u00e9l\u00e9phonique. Les conceptions sont transmises plus clairement \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9quipe terrain : \u00ab Voici \u00e0 quoi cela ressemblera si nous mettons ceci \u00bb ici.<br><br>Les retours peuvent aussi rester dans l\u2019outil. Comme \u00ab tous nos composants \u00bb ont leur propre identifiant, un probl\u00e8me, une demande de modification ou une instruction peut \u00eatre rattach\u00e9 directement \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9ment, par exemple : cette pi\u00e8ce \u00ab doit \u00eatre abaiss\u00e9e \u00bb. Le fait que \u00ab rien ne heurte ces objets \u00bb ne signifie pas que l\u2019on peut les poser. \u00ab C\u2019est une pi\u00e8ce d\u2019acier de trois ou quatre m\u00e8tres. Oui, elle rentre jusqu\u2019en haut contre cette poutre. Mais comment l\u2019amener l\u00e0 ? \u00bb \u00ab Comment man\u0153uvrer cette pi\u00e8ce jusque-l\u00e0 et faire venir quelqu\u2019un pour la souder ? C\u2019est souvent ce qui est oubli\u00e9, et coordonner cela demande beaucoup de temps et de pr\u00e9cision. \u00bb La RA aide l\u2019\u00e9quipe \u00e0 coordonner et \u00e0 visualiser la pose directement sur place.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 data-interaction-id=\"0d9224a\" class=\"g-a333c7b H2-35 e-heading-base\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-id=\"0d9224a\">L\u2019ancienne m\u00e9thode de travail et la nouvelle<\/h2>\n\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"Body e-paragraph-base\" data-interaction-id=\"2e3157b\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-id=\"2e3157b\">La routine pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente, c\u2019\u00e9tait tablette, laser et stylo : prendre le plan de ce que l\u2019\u00e9quipe pr\u00e9voyait de commander, \u00ab ouvrir Bluebeam sur la tablette, sortir, prendre quelques mesures \u00bb, pointer les lasers, \u00ab je peux ajuster ici et l\u00e0, puis prendre des notes dans Bluebeam \u00bb. Cela fonctionnait, et l\u2019\u00e9quipe l\u2019utilise toujours, car les deux approches \u00ab vont de pair \u00bb.<br><br>Avec la RA, la m\u00eame visite produit un r\u00e9sultat coordonn\u00e9. Sur place, il suffit de \u00ab superposer sa maquette structure \u00bb, puis soit de \u00ab faire des captures d\u2019\u00e9cran \u00bb pour documenter et les rapporter au bureau d\u2019\u00e9tudes, soit de \u00ab l\u2019utiliser comme outil de coordination interne \u00bb et d\u2019\u00ab assigner les probl\u00e8mes directement aux membres de l\u2019\u00e9quipe \u00bb.<br><br>Il est \u00ab temps d\u2019abandonner les vieilles m\u00e9thodes \u00bb : \u00ab Pourquoi imprimons-nous encore des plans 2D grand format pour essayer de les \u00e9taler au sol \u00bb et \u00ab les annoter au stylo et les prendre en photo ? \u00bb Apr\u00e8s tout, \u00ab nous pouvons nous simplifier la vie \u00bb.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 data-interaction-id=\"06cfb35\" class=\"g-a333c7b H2-35 e-heading-base\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-id=\"06cfb35\">Le r\u00e9sultat<\/h2>\n\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"Body e-paragraph-base\" data-interaction-id=\"730b854\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-id=\"730b854\">Le besoin de Daniel n\u2019a pas chang\u00e9 depuis le jour o\u00f9 il a d\u00e9couvert la RA lors d\u2019une pr\u00e9sentation \u00e0 Autodesk University : \u00ab J\u2019ai besoin d\u2019un moyen d\u2019emmener la 3D sur le terrain. \u00bb Jusque-l\u00e0, cela voulait dire transporter un ordinateur portable et ouvrir la maquette Navisworks devant ce qui se trouvait face \u00e0 lui.<br><br>\u00ab Et c\u2019est exactement ce qu\u2019a fait GAMMA : je prends l\u2019environnement Navis et je le place litt\u00e9ralement devant vous. \u00bb L\u2019outil a combl\u00e9 l\u2019\u00e9cart entre l\u2019ing\u00e9nieur au bureau et l\u2019\u00e9quipe sur le terrain, avec des images du chantier au lieu de d\u00e9bats sur la maquette.<br><br>Le verdict de Daniel : \u00ab ce fut un succ\u00e8s, et cela s\u2019est r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 \u00eatre exactement ce que j\u2019attendais, et m\u00eame plus. \u00bb<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 data-interaction-id=\"0f7516e\" class=\"g-a333c7b H2-35 e-heading-base\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-id=\"0f7516e\">D\u2019autres t\u00e9moignages de terrain<\/h2>\n\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"Body e-paragraph-base\" data-interaction-id=\"5460e8d\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-id=\"5460e8d\">\u00ab Une fois que Caner et Daniel m\u2019ont orient\u00e9 et familiaris\u00e9 avec l\u2019environnement, j\u2019ai pu avoir un impact imm\u00e9diat sur le chantier. Auparavant, la pose des contreventements parasismiques \u00e9tait tr\u00e8s chronophage pour les sous-traitants CVC. Les rails Unistrut \u00e9taient coup\u00e9s \u00e0 longueur, et les monteurs les guidaient d\u2019un point de fixation \u00e0 l\u2019autre pour v\u00e9rifier la faisabilit\u00e9. Cela entra\u00eenait des blocages en cascade de la pose, faute de confiance dans certaines fixations, ce qui retardait le planning et impactait in\u00e9vitablement l\u2019ach\u00e8vement du projet. Avec GAMMA, j\u2019ai pu montrer aux monteurs, en 15 minutes, les zones libres de clashes dans des secteurs complexes. Ce sont ce genre de victoires qui permettent de tenir et d\u2019am\u00e9liorer les d\u00e9lais sur un projet en site existant.
