Am\u00e9rique du Nord et en Europe.<\/p><p>Au quatri\u00e8me trimestre 2023, on comptait en Am\u00e9rique du Nord <a href=\"https:\/\/www.salesleadsinc.com\/blog\/2024\/february\/pharmaceutical-construction-news-and-planned-industrial-project-reports-q4-2023-recap\/\">61 nouveaux projets de construction pharmaceutique planifi\u00e9s<\/a>, dont 14 constructions neuves, 18 extensions et 29 r\u00e9novations\/modernisations d&rsquo;\u00e9quipements.<\/p><p>Le plus important \u00e9tait une extension de 229 millions de dollars r\u00e9alis\u00e9e par National Resilience, Inc. dans l&rsquo;Ohio. <\/p><p>En novembre 2023, Eli Lilly a annonc\u00e9 son intention de construire \u00e0 Alzey, en Allemagne, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pharmaceuticalprocessingworld.com\/pharma-manufacturing-sees-wave-of-investments-in-europe\/\">une nouvelle usine de fabrication de 2,5 milliards de dollars<\/a> destin\u00e9e \u00e0 produire des m\u00e9dicaments injectables et des dispositifs m\u00e9dicaux.<\/p><p>De plus, en janvier 2024, Boehringer Ingelheim a annonc\u00e9 un investissement de 120 millions d&rsquo;euros pour <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pharmaceuticalprocessingworld.com\/pharma-manufacturing-sees-wave-of-investments-in-europe\/\">agrandir et moderniser son usine de fabrication<\/a> \u00e0 Koropi, en Gr\u00e8ce.<\/p><p>Dans la construction d&rsquo;installations pharmaceutiques, respecter la r\u00e9glementation, optimiser l&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9 et maintenir des mesures de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 rigoureuses sont plus qu&rsquo;importants.<\/p><p>C&rsquo;est indispensable.<\/p><p>Et n&rsquo;oublions pas ici le facteur temps.<\/p><p>Chaque jalon doit \u00eatre atteint avant que le compte \u00e0 rebours n&rsquo;arrive \u00e0 z\u00e9ro.<\/p><p>Sur le plan de la qualit\u00e9, la moindre erreur peut se traduire en cascade par des retards, des d\u00e9passements de budget, voire des sanctions r\u00e9glementaires.<\/p><p>Contrairement aux projets de construction classiques, la construction d&rsquo;installations pharmaceutiques exige de satisfaire \u00e0 des exigences r\u00e9glementaires strictes et de g\u00e9rer l&rsquo;int\u00e9gration d&rsquo;un ensemble de syst\u00e8mes complexes, tout en veillant \u00e0 ce que chaque aspect de la conception soit r\u00e9alis\u00e9 avec le plus grand soin.<\/p><p>Cela para\u00eet intimidant. Et cela peut l&rsquo;\u00eatre.<\/p><p>Les m\u00e9thodes de construction traditionnelles se r\u00e9v\u00e8lent souvent insuffisantes lorsqu&rsquo;il s&rsquo;agit de relever des d\u00e9fis aussi ardus.<\/p><p>Cela peut entra\u00eener des d\u00e9salignements entre les plans et le travail sur le chantier, des d\u00e9lais non respect\u00e9s, voire une perte de conformit\u00e9.<\/p><p>Mais aujourd&rsquo;hui, la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 augment\u00e9e (AR) est mobilis\u00e9e pour aider \u00e0 combler ces \u00e9carts.<\/p><p>Cette technologie offre aux \u00e9quipes de construction un moyen de visualiser leurs projets et d&rsquo;amener le monde num\u00e9rique du BIM (Building Information Modeling) directement sur le chantier.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div
