class=\"Body e-paragraph-base\" data-interaction-id=\"d72ea43\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-id=\"d72ea43\">Projetos aeroportu\u00e1rios s\u00e3o ambientes brownfield exigentes e em constante transforma\u00e7\u00e3o. Eles crescem como organismos, mudando continuamente de acordo com as varia\u00e7\u00f5es no fluxo de passageiros. <br><br>O sistema de manuseio de bagagens (Baggage Handling System, BHS) \u00e9 a espinha dorsal de um aeroporto: sua capacidade de funcionar sem obst\u00e1culos e sem interrup\u00e7\u00f5es afeta diretamente a experi\u00eancia dos passageiros e a fluidez das opera\u00e7\u00f5es aeroportu\u00e1rias. Por isso, qualquer modifica\u00e7\u00e3o ou amplia\u00e7\u00e3o dos sistemas existentes se mostra extremamente desafiadora, dadas as janelas de trabalho limitadas. A Vanderlande projeta e constr\u00f3i essas esteiras em aeroportos do mundo todo. Para aprimorar a engenharia e a execu\u00e7\u00e3o, Daniel Guevara e a equipe da Vanderlande avaliaram a GAMMA AR. A entrevista abaixo mostra a abordagem de Daniel.<\/p>\n\t\t\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t<h2 data-interaction-id=\"c1766c7\" class=\"H2-35 e-heading-base\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-id=\"c1766c7\">Criando um programa BIM para grandes projetos brownfield<\/h2>\n\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"Body e-paragraph-base\" data-interaction-id=\"f56bc4a\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-id=\"f56bc4a\">Daniel Guevara assumiu a tarefa de \u201ccriar um programa BIM\u2026 para um projeto brownfield de grande porte\u201d, liderando o trabalho de BIM como contratante principal. N\u00e3o havia nenhum manual herdado. Como ele mesmo diz: \u201c\u00e9 come\u00e7ando do zero que vamos abordar isso.\u201d A equipe come\u00e7ou com os procedimentos padr\u00e3o: percorrer a obra, encontrar a obstru\u00e7\u00e3o e registr\u00e1-la em uma planilha. Mas, como Daniel percebeu, \u201csair procurando as coisas e lan\u00e7ar tudo manualmente no Excel\u201d \u201cn\u00e3o seria vi\u00e1vel em um projeto dessa escala, especialmente ao gerenciar v\u00e1rios subempreiteiros e acompanhar muitas coisas diferentes.\u201d Daniel assumiu a miss\u00e3o de \u201cdesenvolver uma linguagem comum que garantisse o alinhamento entre as partes t\u00e9cnicas, o PMO e a equipe de obra.\u201d O uso da detec\u00e7\u00e3o de conflitos no Navisworks, aliado \u00e0 resolu\u00e7\u00e3o de conflitos no Autodesk Forma (antigo Autodesk Construction Cloud), deu \u00e0 equipe a estrutura e a cad\u00eancia de que precisava para colaborar de forma mais eficaz.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 data-interaction-id=\"0e328f0\" class=\"H2-35 e-heading-base\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-id=\"0e328f0\">Onde a coordena\u00e7\u00e3o 3D encontra a realidade da obra<\/h2>\n\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"Body e-a11a634-dc50bd8 e-paragraph-base\" data-interaction-id=\"a11a634\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-id=\"a11a634\">Coordenar em um ambiente 3D e coordenar em um aeroporto em opera\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00e3o s\u00e3o a mesma coisa. O Navisworks \u00e9 a solu\u00e7\u00e3o certa para resolver a geometria em uma reuni\u00e3o, mas \u00e9 uma ferramenta exigente para navegar quando se est\u00e1 debaixo de uma esteira com um tablet na m\u00e3o. Os engenheiros conseguem \u201cpegar desenhos, pegar modelos 3D, ir at\u00e9 a obra e se colocar na situa\u00e7\u00e3o: ver por onde isso vai passar, o que est\u00e1 no caminho e como resolver. Mas, para a equipe de obra e outras pessoas, pode n\u00e3o ser t\u00e3o f\u00e1cil.\u201d Isso pode gerar \u201cmuito vai e vem\u201d e poss\u00edvel retrabalho para corrigir as falhas de comunica\u00e7\u00e3o.<br><br>Os recursos desperdi\u00e7ados e os poss\u00edveis atrasos no cronograma causados por esse \u201cvai e vem\u201d s\u00e3o os custos reais para o projeto. J\u00e1 se comprovou que a engenharia feita longe da obra, sem refer\u00eancia \u00e0s condi\u00e7\u00f5es de campo, n\u00e3o alcan\u00e7a a precis\u00e3o necess\u00e1ria em condi\u00e7\u00f5es brownfield. Uma coordena\u00e7\u00e3o eficaz no modelo 3D deve sempre refletir as condi\u00e7\u00f5es as-built, para garantir folgas adequadas para todas as disciplinas afetadas em todo o projeto.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 data-interaction-id=\"0d6fcf8\" class=\"g-a333c7b H2-35 e-heading-base\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-id=\"0d6fcf8\">Escaneamentos n\u00e3o detectam todos os obst\u00e1culos<\/h2>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-8415112 e-con e-atomic-element e-div-block-base e-8415112-a3741e9 \" data-id=\"8415112\" data-element_type=\"e-div-block\" data-e-type=\"e-div-block\" data-interaction-id=\"8415112\" data-e-type=\"e-div-block\" data-id=\"8415112\">\n    \t\t\t<p class=\"Body e-aeef864-bd490cd e-paragraph-base\" data-interaction-id=\"aeef864\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-id=\"aeef864\">O Navisworks continuou sendo a espinha dorsal: \u201ca principal tecnologia era o Navisworks, porque \u00e9 a nossa base e o nosso ponto de partida.\u201d O acompanhamento de incidentes acontece dentro dele, e um escaneamento do edif\u00edcio permite \u00e0 equipe \u201capontar para objetos escaneados e para os equipamentos que voc\u00ea pretende instalar.\u201d<br><br>Mas os escaneamentos n\u00e3o detectam todos os obst\u00e1culos.
