Depois do fechamento em 2019, a f\u00e1brica foi desmontada e, desde 2022, a Landimmo Real Estate, empresa imobili\u00e1ria do Landewyck Group, constr\u00f3i no terreno de um hectare: 19.000 metros quadrados de \u00e1rea bruta em dois blocos de quatro e sete pavimentos, com com\u00e9rcio no t\u00e9rreo e dois subsolos para sistemas t\u00e9cnicos e estacionamento. A conclus\u00e3o est\u00e1 prevista para o fim de 2026. Ele descreve um edif\u00edcio com uma enorme quantidade de instala\u00e7\u00f5es t\u00e9cnicas para acompanhar: \u201cTemos um grande projeto em Ettelbruck com muito MEP distribu\u00eddo em v\u00e1rios pavimentos, incluindo os subsolos.\u201d<br><br>Em um projeto desse porte, o modelo est\u00e1 coordenado; a quest\u00e3o em aberto \u00e9 se o edif\u00edcio o segue. Como diz Primm, \u201co desafio \u00e9 verificar com clareza se o que est\u00e1 sendo instalado na obra ainda corresponde ao que foi planejado originalmente.\u201d Era exatamente essa verifica\u00e7\u00e3o que a equipe queria poder fazer onde o trabalho acontece: a GAMMA AR foi \u201cuma ferramenta muito boa para avaliar isso diretamente na obra.\u201d<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 data-interaction-id=\"5b2b086\" class=\"H2-35 e-heading-base\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-id=\"5b2b086\">Ver na obra o que foi planejado em 3D<\/h2>\n\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"Body e-b14a605-2290e20 e-paragraph-base\" data-interaction-id=\"b14a605\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-id=\"b14a605\">Jil Arend lidera o projeto pela Landimmo. A ferramenta chegou por meio da gerente de BIM: \u201cQuando nossa gerente de BIM, a Drees &amp; Sommer, nos apresentou a GAMMA AR, logo ficou claro para mim que seria um \u00f3timo complemento para a nossa equipe.\u201d<br><br>O que a atraiu foi fechar o ciclo entre o modelo e o edif\u00edcio.
